LIVING STRESS FREE IN A STRESSFUL WORLD

As we all know or may wonder, Stress is the accumulation of many different pressures or worries (physically, mentally or emotionally) caused by the problems in your life which build up gradually without us noticing, but can damage you or make you lose hope. It can also be when your ability to cope with Life’s demands crumbles.
Living a stress free life in a stressful world isn’t that easy because many things attribute to it. For instance stress come in different way and different patterns; also for different people making it almost impossible to live stress free in a stressful world. Example, it’s not the same stress a student undergoes that a parent or a banker undergoes. For a student, the causes could be adjustment to new life (probably in hostels and classrooms), trying to please family members while studying, examination, break-up in a relationship, poor time management, leaving assignment and projects to the last minute and so on; For a parent, it could range from problems at home, difficulties in marriage, housing problems, debt and so on; For a banker, deadlines, difficulties in organizing works etc. If all these evolve round you, then living stress free in a stressful world may be impossible to achieve.
Your thoughts right now may be what are the symptoms you are likely to avert so as to live stress free in a stressful world? The symptoms to living stress free in a stressful world range from the Physical ways, mental ways and emotional ways (at least this are the major ways).
            Physical ways, the symptoms are dizziness, headaches, Palpitation, jaw ache, breathing is usually faster and less efficient, muscle tension etc
            Mental ways, the symptoms are confusion, worries, preoccupied with problems, thinking negatively increases stress and makes much harder to find solutions and make decisions.
            Emotional ways, the symptoms are impatience, frustration, irritability, anger, fear, insecurity, anxiety, depression, hopelessness, less sociable, hostile, sadness, lack of concentration and co-operation etc.

All these mentioned above are the key symptoms which you may sometimes neglect, without knowing that it really hinders your living stress free in a stressful world.
But I don’t just end here for you to wonder and think of different ways to solve the solution of living stress free in a stressful world. The key to managing your stress and also living stress free in a stressful world is to think positively. Try as much as possible to avoid negative thoughts no matter the angle they arrive because negative and underachieved thoughts hinders you from living stress free in a stressful world. Also maintaining a relaxed mind so as to ease bodily tension helps you to concentrate and study, solve problems and take decisions because in a relaxed mind you view each task and every task as a positive challenge.
Again, having time for you; this is the Key role to living a stress free life, because most people do a mountainous heap of work without having a break. Once in a while, take a break, spend quality time with your friends and family treat yourself to something special and also eat well, because it really helps. Learn to say “NO” and manage your time effectively.
Another key in combating stress is facing your problems and challenges, running away from it, are not the best for living a stress free life. Avoiding your problems and challenges won’t solve it, rather it replicates. Just stand back and look at the problem; talk it through with someone or get help. Also for the students, try not to leave everything to the last minute, doing your work a piece meal effectively reduce stress because it frees your mind and rid the thoughts of failure. Again, expressing you; it is by expressing your feelings that you can be able to relieve stress. It’s not a problem if you shout, moan or cry because this helps to release emotional pressures and calm your feelings of anxiety/worries.
Finally, exercise daily; it is the best form of distraction from whatever pressures and worries that hangs loose. Try to swim, walk, cycle and gym because it helps in maintaining a mental and physical stress free life.
